How to Get Help

Getting information, support and access to MSF services is as easy as picking up the phone. A dedicated group of caseworkers and volunteers man the MSF phone lines each day to make sure help is available to those who need it.  All of the MSF’s resources are available through one number:  888-MSFOCUS (673-6287), our National Toll-Free Helpline.

Since MS affects each individual differently, our dedicated caseworkers and peer counselors tailor support to each person's unique needs. Through personal contact, they provide information, referrals, assistance in accessing services, and problem solving. Support is available free of charge via phone, e-mail, written request, and in person. Call our Program Services Department toll-free at 888-673-6287 from anywhere in the United States for assistance Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST; or you can contact us at anytime by e-mail:

Additionally, you can apply for many of MSF’s programs online. Click the navigation at the left to learn more about each program and how to apply.
