Founded in 1986, the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Inc. (FEIN: 59-2792934), a publicly funded non-profit corporation, qualified for the 501©(3) designation by the Internal Revenue Service as evidenced by the Notice of IRS Exempt Status Recognition below. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

The MSF follows established accounting standards and is audited annually by an independent CPA firm. The MSF maintains a voluntary Board of Directors to carry out its purposes. The MSF devotes the majority of its efforts as a national service organization directly helping those affected by multiple sclerosis. Registration is maintained throughout the U.S. with all appropriate state and federal agencies.
